FLOORS:
All the bedroom floors and walk in closet are in high quality laminated wood, the rest of house has 1st quality polished marble floors in cream colour. On the terrraces the same marble was used but in rustic "aged" version.

WALLS:
Interior vertical and horizontal surfaces finished in plaster in flat style. Exterior surfaces finished with mortar in flat style.

SANITARY:
All sanitary from ROCA, suspended toilets with built-in tanks. In the main bathroom a corner bathtub and double washbasins.
Bathroom furniture from STRUCH and local manufactures.
Different models from GROHE were used for the taps.

WINDOWS:
The carpentry for the windows is done with high quality aluminium profiles in polished aluminium colour, for extra sized sliding doors, fixed windows and tilt and turn windows. All doors and windows are fitted with high security glazing.

HEATING & COOLING:
The entire ground floor has a ROTH floor heating system installed with 5 independent adjustable zones. The heating operates with propane gas from a 2600 litrs gas tank located at street level of the plot.
For cooling and heating the bedrooms, independent airconditioning units from MISTUBISHI SPLIT systems were installed, no exterior untis are visible.

WATER TREATMENT:
Installation from FLECK, with a Twin Water Conditioner with autmomatic carbon purifier. In the kitchen a Reverse Osmosis System was installed to supply drinking water.

HEATED SWIMMING POOL:
Overflowing swimming pool size 12 x 4 mtrs. equipped with automatic cleaning system, saline electrolysis cleaning system, automatic PH regulation, and automatic refilling. Coloured LEDS lights. Two heatpumps provide 40 kW heating power.

SECURITY:
The main access area to the house is closed by a remote-control operated gate, and with fences in the gardens at the sides.
Advanced alarm system connected to Alarm Central.
Video entry phone to control access through the gate.
