When entering the property through the remote controlled access gate you will drive straight towards the garage, over a 5.5 meters wide access ramp.
The garage is large enough to park two cars and is closed with a remote controlled garge door.
The garden of the house was designed to be low maintenance and features a remote controlled fountain, fruit trees, different types of palm trees, cypresses and other decorative plants and trees.
All the garden is irrigated with an automatic irrigation system.
